What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Finance data solutions, from ingestion to final reporting.
• Own the technical quality and implementation of data pipelines, marts, and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the BI delivery team as the technical authority.
• Drive Agile delivery and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or BI, including 3+ years in a Lead role.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI (including DAX).
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in dimensional data modelling.
• Solid knowledge of Finance domains, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and KPI frameworks.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
