What you will do

• Drive partner growth by delivering strategic, data-driven performance insights and consultation.
• Manage a portfolio of retail partners to ensure value creation across partners, customers, couriers, and hirify.global.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities, propose tailored campaigns, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that increase demand and partner sales.
• Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts, running regular business reviews and supporting expansion.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in account development, business administration, retail operations, sales, or related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions.
• Project management skills, including stakeholder management and structured process implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Maltese.
• Driver license is considered a plus.
