What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents (concept to shipped UI/UX) across hirify.global.
• Convert ambiguous problems into clear product flows using discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
• Conduct user research (interviews, tests) and turn insights into design decisions.
• Partner daily with engineers and product to ship quickly while maintaining quality.
• Define AI interaction patterns, including prompting, guardrails, and error states that are transparent and safe.

Requirements

• Senior product design experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments.
• Strong problem-solving and product thinking connecting user needs, business impact, and feasibility.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
• High curiosity for AI and comfort operating in uncertainty with rapid iteration cycles.
• Hands-on craft: ability to prototype, document decisions, and refine details when it matters.
