What you will do

• Design and architect complex multi-agent AI systems.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for security, scalability, and structure.
• Orchestrate parallel AI agents to ensure coherent feature output.
• Build, deploy, measure, and adjust AI-powered features as hypotheses.
• Collaborate with the team to transition from deterministic to probabilistic thinking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping AI features.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with LLM architecture tradeoffs, RAG patterns, and agentic frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions in English clearly.
• Strong focus on reliability and user friction over model complexity.
