TL;DR

Product Manager Lead (Fintech): Owning the end-to-end customer journey across precollections and collections with an accent on risk management, operational efficiency, and recovery performance. Focus on designing scalable communication strategies, optimizing self-service flows, and leading cross-functional pods to improve delinquency outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mexico (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the end-to-end precollections and collections customer journey across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Identify friction points and operational inefficiencies to redesign journeys for improved recovery and customer experience.
  • Define collections treatment strategies and customer segmentation based on risk profiles and behavior.
  • Own channel orchestration across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and IVR to optimize contactability and costs.
  • Lead continuous experimentation through A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, and interventions.
  • Define and monitor key collections metrics such as roll rates, cure rates, and promise-to-pay performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Lifecycle, Credit Risk, or Lending Operations.
  • Proven track record in banking, fintech, or consumer lending environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in delinquency, roll-rate, and segmentation data.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, and Engineering.
  • Fluent English (B2+) required.
