TL;DR
Senior Manager, Product Catalog & PIM (Akeneo): Leading the enterprise product catalog strategy and PIM ecosystem implementation for a global digital transformation agency with an accent on complex data modeling and AEM integration. Focus on architecting omnichannel product schemas, ensuring data quality for multilingual platforms, and aligning cross-functional teams across hospitality and travel sectors.
Location: 100% Remote (LatAm). Must be able to align with Gulf Standard Time (GST) / Eastern European Time (EET) working hours.

What you will do
- Define the master enterprise catalog vision, taxonomy, and lifecycle management workflows.
- Lead the end-to-end evaluation, deployment, and rollout of the enterprise PIM ecosystem (Akeneo).
- Architect omnichannel product schemas for accommodations, activities, and retail offerings.
- Drive integration strategy between PIM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and inventory engines.
- Configure rich metadata and promotional bundles to optimize booking and conversion.
- Manage multilingual localization layers and set corporate data validation benchmarks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in PIM, Product Catalog Management, or MDM.
- Proven experience in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Strong technical strategy background with Akeneo or similar PIM platforms.
- Direct experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Must be based in LatAm and available to work in GST/EET time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, or related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with DAM platforms and product analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI).
- Professional certifications in PIM platforms or data governance frameworks.
