What you will do

• Define product strategy and vision based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining features and releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
• Coordinate product releases and plan successful launches, including marketing and sales enablement.
• Monitor performance and use data-driven insights to implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development and/or product management.
• Proven track record in fintech businesses.
• Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Ability to maintain flexible working hours for collaboration with the Taiwan office.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Ability to speak Mandarin.
