Location: Hybrid role requiring regular time in one of our hubs.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer API integrations, from scoping to successful launch.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer engineering and product teams.
• Advise customers on building best-in-class user experiences using hirify.global API endpoints.
• Manage a portfolio of complex projects, defining roadmaps, milestones, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify and scope new feature requirements to unlock customer use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
• Strong technical aptitude with deep understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech or HR tech industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to create processes, playbooks, and documentation from scratch.
