What you will do

• Lead Web and App product features, focusing on optimizing user onboarding, account management, and campaign engagement.
• Translate business and user needs into clear PRDs and user stories, managing prioritization and delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance using data and user feedback to continuously iterate on features.
• Align product priorities across cross-regional teams in Sydney, Shenzhen, and Beijing.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products in fintech or financial services.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading product teams.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as stock trading, forex, and CFDs.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience managing products across multiple international markets or regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for collaboration across APAC teams.

Nice to have

• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Experience in cryptocurrency product development and management.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5.
• Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or growth product management.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business or Technology.
