What you will do

  • Identify and engage new customers while expanding existing accounts in AI data center and communication markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to define and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage regional distribution partners, conducting regular business reviews and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee operational aspects including forecasting, inventory, pricing, and trade compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical/business field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or data infrastructure industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor distribution management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English for business reporting and cross-regional communication.
  • Eligibility to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively under pressure.
