What you will do

• Drive regional sales targets and ensure program execution across assigned merchant locations.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
• Conduct daily merchant visits to monitor field activities and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with partner teams to gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Oversee the placement of promotional materials and monitor 1st billing data performance.
• Provide training and development sessions for the field sales team.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and regional areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data monitoring.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media familiarity.
