What you will do

• Take engineering technical ownership for a range of products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Develop and verify localized solutions to ensure they meet specification, cost, and reliability requirements.
• Drive consistency of engineering solutions across different platforms and machine types.
• Create testing plans, execute tests, and write detailed reports.
• Perform system design calculations and prepare test specifications based on design intent.
• Support and peer-check the testing and report writing of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in product development within a high-technology environment.
• Proven experience working in a product manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes and specifications.
• Excellent fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Qingdao, China.
