Social Media Content Creator (Short-Form Video)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop, shoot, and edit native short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create timely content based on Portuguese social media trends, viral audio, formats, and memes.
• Localize global creative guidelines into culturally relevant Portuguese content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Optimize videos, carousels, visuals, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Collaborate with the Madrid Regional Hub and local strategists on content calendars and campaign executions.
• Organize raw footage, brand templates, visual assets, and content libraries.

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Video Editor, or Content Creator for brands or influencers.
• Native-level Portuguese with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English or Spanish.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Ability to script, film, and edit vertical short-form videos focused on retention, strong hooks, and trends.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
