Copywriter (Long-Form Video Scripts YouTube, X, LinkedIn)

Location: Remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. A team apartment is available in Funchal, Madeira for holidays or workations.

hirify.global is hiring for a copywriting role supporting a diverse, global team of professionals.

What you will do

• Write long-form video scripts for the YouTube channel.
• Develop lead magnets, landing pages, and funnel copy for offers and campaigns.
• Write LinkedIn and X content, including content in another person's voice.
• Work from briefs, research packs, and raw material provided by the marketing team.
• Prepare first drafts based on angles and direction from the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• Demonstrable long-form writing experience, ideally including video scripts or substantial articles, sales pages, or VSLs.
• Experience writing social content for X and LinkedIn, preferably in a B2B or business context.
• Direct-response copywriting skills for lead magnets, landing pages, and funnels.
• Strong research ability and attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work from briefs and operate independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience writing educational or walkthrough video scripts.
• Familiarity with paid media, performance marketing, or eCommerce.
• Experience working with a marketing agency.
• Experience using AI as a drafting tool under direction.
• Experience writing case studies from raw data and client results.
