What you will do
- Create original social-first videos about Santiago city life, culture, tips, trends, food, and entertainment.
- Write scripts, produce scripted and unscripted formats, appear on camera, and conduct interviews.
- Film and edit content using digital cameras, smartphones, and video editing tools.
- Publish and manage content on Instagram and Facebook according to platform best practices.
- Adapt video and social content into accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly editorial and commercial articles.
- Use digital analytics and performance insights to optimize content strategy and maintain a balanced editorial mix.
Requirements
- Native-level Spanish and intermediate English for internal communication.
- At least two years of professional social media video production experience, including scripting, editing, and storytelling; portfolio required.
- Experience with social publishing tools and independent deadline management.
- Ability to shoot video and photos with Sony Alpha, GoPro, or iPhone cameras.
- Experience with CapCut, Instagram Edits, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, SEO, digital analytics, interviewing, and on-camera presentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience producing content for TikTok.
