What you will do

• Lead and develop sustainability reporting processes across the hirify.global Group.
• Manage ESG data collection and ensure accurate, timely, high-quality reporting.
• Set up and implement internal controls to secure efficient sustainability reporting and data quality.
• Prepare the sustainability statement for the Annual Report and contribute to the annual report project team.
• Ensure compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant regulations; support sustainability audit processes with auditors and stakeholders.
• Administer ESG reporting tools and systems, integrate sustainability reporting into broader financial/operational processes, and support group financial reporting and consolidation as backup.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• ~5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controlling, audit, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, including experience with reporting frameworks and reporting systems.
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and process design.
• Experience with sustainability/ESG reporting (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy) or strong interest in developing in this area.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
