What you will do

• Guide customers through onboarding via inbound and outbound calls to remove roadblocks and drive account activation.
• Set up and maintain merchant accounts across eWAY and Ezidebit, ensuring data accuracy in applications and updates.
• Perform compliance checks and follow Credit/Risk guidelines to meet regulatory and documentation standards.
• Manage onboarding workflows and prioritize tasks to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to support revenue initiatives through client follow-ups and activation strategies.
