What you will do

• Provide white-glove support to clients across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, including email templates, scripts, and FAQs.
• Manage real-time support queues and assist with new account onboarding.
• Track client issues to identify trends and contribute to business metrics reporting.
• Train new support representatives and implement strategies to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client support experience in financial services or a similar client-facing role.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check for FINRA registration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
