What you will do
- Act as the primary face of the company in China, traveling extensively to build relationships with OEMs, hardware brokers, and energy operators.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline with defined quarterly revenue targets.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
- Prioritize and drive the adoption of platform products best suited for the Chinese market.
- Provide market intelligence on hardware dynamics, ASIC launches, and regulatory shifts to the global team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and factory visits.
Requirements
- Must be based in mainland China with the legal right to work and travel domestically.
- Full professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Multiple years of B2B sales, business development, or relationship-driven commercial experience.
- High energy and comfort building rapport in person within male-dominated industrial settings.
- Willingness to travel extensively across China multiple times per month.
- Strong written communication skills for reporting to a Western team.
