What you will do

• Design and execute manual and AI agent-enabled functional and regression test plans.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, BAs, and Architects to resolve issues and refine requirements.
• Perform debugging, defect triage, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
• Implement and document testing strategies to ensure high release quality.
• Recommend and adopt process improvements, specifically integrating AI into QA practices.
• Manage tasks independently to meet project timelines and departmental goals.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance team.
• 1+ year of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Matillion, Informatica, dbt) and ETL concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Intermediate understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr.
• Exposure to Python, Java, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with AI models or AI-assisted testing tools.
