What you will do

• Lead agentic QA workflows using AI tooling and MCP integrations to accelerate test generation and defect analysis.
• Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including strategy definition, test plans, and release go/no-go decisions.
• Design and implement sustainable automation test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform accessibility validation against WCAG 2.1 AA and test CMS-driven architectures across various devices and browsers.
• Translate technical findings into clear communication for engineers and clients in an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and surface project risks early.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Hands-on experience with agentic QA workflows and AI-assisted testing.
• Proven track record of leading QA on complex digital engagements.
• Solid automation experience with at least one modern framework.
• Direct CMS testing experience and a strong foundation in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• API testing skills and clear, confident communication for client-facing settings.
