What you will do

• Analyze requirements and technical designs to identify quality risks and testing needs.
• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate complex business workflows, reporting accuracy, and AI-related outputs.
• Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineers on resolutions.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and improve product reliability.
• Help establish and improve QA processes and testing standards within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Manual QA for complex web-based products.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Proficiency in defect investigation and working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI-powered products, LLM applications, or AI agent systems.
• Experience with SQL, data validation, or analytics platforms.
• Experience with automation testing tools or frameworks.
• Experience working in startup environments.
