What you will do

• Develop and optimize Playwright E2E tests so key scenarios run in under 30 minutes.
• Build and scale UI regression suites covering hundreds of scenarios.
• Implement scalable Python-based API testing tools and maintain post-deployment tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate up to 60% of new test scenarios and optimize test cycles.
• Implement Agentic AI for self-healing scripts and automated exploratory testing.
• Investigate defects through logs, databases, and network behavior while tracking quality metrics and mentoring manual QA colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong experience building and optimizing Playwright E2E test suites with TypeScript or Python.
• Advanced Python skills and expertise in scalable API automation using Python, Postman, or Newman.
• Experience designing multi-tier testing strategies and integrating automated tests into GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Ability to mentor colleagues, perform root cause analysis, and apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in Agentic AI for self-healing tests.
• Docker, k6, Locust, or SQL experience.
