What you will do

• Develop and optimize fast Playwright E2E test suites to ensure rapid feedback loops.
• Build and scale UI regression suites and implement scalable API testing tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for reliable post-deployment testing.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions for self-healing scripts and exploratory testing.
• Mentor manual QA team members to upskill them in automation and technical practices.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects by investigating logs, databases, and network behavior.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation or relevant software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright (TypeScript or Python) for E2E testing.
• Advanced Python skills for backend automation and scripting.
• Expertise in designing scalable API testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
• English proficiency required for effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI for self-healing tests.
• Knowledge of Docker containerization.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like k6 or Locust.
• SQL skills for data validation.
