What you will do

• Provide end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements to identify data needs including historical sales, shipment, and inventory.
• Convert business logic into technical platform designs and build complex datasets.
• Apply mathematical models, predictive methods, and optimization algorithms to analyze and interpret large enterprise data.
• Lead teams through the full implementation lifecycle, including business requirement gathering, UAT, SIT, and go-live.
• Plan and deliver super user and end user training for a global user base.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics.
• 1+ year of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Experience leading teams through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning implementation.
• Proficiency with statistical and optimization tools including R, SAS, and CPLEX.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, T-SQL, and MDX.
• Ability to perform domestic travel between 30-40%.
