What you will do

• Manage backend operations for contents, contests, giveaways, and live campaigns across PC and mobile platforms.
• Collect and analyze user feedback, collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement improvements.
• Leverage Generative AI and prompt engineering to automate workflows and scale content production.
• Moderate public forums and act as the first responder to user feedback regarding software.
• Coordinate with China marketing teams to promote campaigns on WeChat, Douyin, Bilibili, and Weibo.
• Test and manage wallpaper content to ensure RGB compatibility within the Razer lighting ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chengdu.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content and campaign operations or live-ops for software platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Generative AI (LLMs, image/video tools) and prompt engineering.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Degree or Diploma in Business or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of app stores (e.g., Google Play) and game portals.
