What you will do

• Present Indodana's products and value propositions to lenders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key bank associates to ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare regular portfolio performance and financial reports for lenders.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and lenders to ensure excellent response times.
• Manage lender audit processes and coordinate with relevant internal departments.
• Develop innovative solutions to reduce thresholds and the cost of funds from lenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical, finance, or economics) with a minimum 3.20 GPA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial institutions such as banks, multifinance, or fintech.
• English: C1 (Excellent writing and speaking) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements.
