What you will do

• Present Indodana products and services to potential and existing lenders to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Maintain strong communication with key bank associates and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and lenders.
• Prepare and manage regular portfolio performance and financial reports for lender review.
• Ensure accuracy of key metrics including outstanding balances and disbursement data.
• Lead and coordinate lender-led audit processes across internal departments.
• Identify innovative solutions to reduce funding thresholds and overall cost of funds.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with a minimum 3.20 GPA from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution such as a bank, multifinance, or fintech company.
• Excellent proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of financial statement analysis.
