What you will do

• Develop and execute brand development strategies for the gadget category based on market trends and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with national and regional gadget brands to secure long-term collaboration.
• Lead negotiations with brands and retailers to secure co-marketing funds, subsidies, and promotional support.
• Oversee the performance of assistant managers and their teams in acquisition, onboarding, and retention activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Tech for campaign launches.
• Analyze business performance and monitor market competition to consistently meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams and overseeing category growth.
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition and delivering revenue targets in the gadget/electronics sector.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into category growth initiatives.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) for communication with regional or international partners.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
