What you will do

• Own partner sales targets for the assigned area.
• Conduct 5 POS visits every day and ensure daily field execution.
• Ensure the program in the area runs well and sales targets can be met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather sales, competitor, and field issue insights.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Deliver field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).

Requirements

• Minimum high school or bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
• Strong network in the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with high mobility (field-based work).
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with the client’s sales force.
