What you will do

• Design, calculate, and monitor KPIs for new product features across the credit funnel.
• Identify user drop-off points and optimize funnel conversions.
• Model expected profit for new projects and track actual performance against forecasts.
• Conduct end-to-end A/B experiments from hypothesis design to rollout decisions.
• Develop pricing strategies by analyzing how rate, term, and eligibility settings affect portfolio health.
• Build data marts and maintain analytics documentation in partnership with the Data team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product analytics or data science with a track record of influencing product decisions.
• Strong statistical foundation in A/B testing, causal inference, and time series.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries on large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, specifically pandas and numpy.
• Experience with BI tools such as Redash, Tableau, or similar.
• English: Professional Working Proficiency required.
