What you will do
- Launch new cities by identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new supply partners and distribution-side partnerships in Japan.
- Continuously nurture relationships with existing supply partners to leverage them for additional growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Operations, Tech, and Marketing to ensure smooth partnership execution and booking growth.
- Identify market trends and provide competitor analysis to optimize overall business strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within consumer tech startups.
- Must be based in Osaka or Tokyo.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working with diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones.
