What you will do

• Drive sales targets within the assigned district through strategic planning and execution.
• Conduct daily merchant visits and ensure POP promotion materials are correctly placed in stores.
• Manage and lead a field team consisting of 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to track sales, monitor competitor activity, and resolve field issues.
• Conduct training and refreshment sessions for the field team to improve performance.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and track first billing data by promoter and merchant.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably within financial services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and geographical areas.
• Effective communication and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
