What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts with external partners.
• Provide business-driven legal advisory on operations, products, services, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage external notaries and legal service providers.
• Resolve disputes and handle litigation/regulatory matters including IP, data, and employment issues.
• Execute corporate secretarial responsibilities, including organizing Board and Annual General Meetings.
• Maintain business licenses and collaborate with compliance and internal audit teams to implement relevant laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 3-4 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance functions at a fintech, financial institution, or law firm.
• Proven experience understanding and implementing financial regulations (OJK, BI, or Bappebti).
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong analytical, research, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working within a multi-finance company.
