Location: Hybrid in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

  • Manage corporate formation and governance for international legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support corporate transactions, including M&A projects, financings, and restructurings.
  • Maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars.
  • Draft and update corporate documents, resolutions, and organizational records.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal consultants to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Law degree and 5–6 years of relevant legal experience in an international law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law, and legal entity management.
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions and working with external counsel.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Location: Must be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan (Hybrid).
