What you will do

• Support the commercial team in drafting and negotiating M&A, financings, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with senior commercial counsel on complex or strategic deals.
• Manage entity maintenance, board governance, and various corporate projects.
• Improve internal legal processes and maintain contract templates.
• Provide legal support and resources to internal business teams.

Requirements

• JD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Roughly 5-6 years of experience, including at least one year of in-house experience.
• Proven ability to handle contracts efficiently with strong deal instincts.
• Capacity to operate independently and take full ownership of the workload.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, crypto, tech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with API/platform terms, data agreements, or marketplace business models.
