Service Software Specialist & Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate software implementation projects, installations, and service activities.
• Install, configure, test, and commission software remotely and at customer sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate upgrades, updates, and migrations.
• Define project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and IT prerequisites with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and customer-specific software requirements.
• Deliver user training, maintain project documentation, and improve service delivery processes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, technical support, and deployment processes.
• Experience coordinating projects, technical implementations, or customer installations.
• Fluent English and at least one Nordic language.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience or certification.
