What you will do

• Develop backend services and Python libraries for ML model lifecycle tooling and evaluation workflows.
• Build and maintain low-latency serving systems for machine learning models and AI features.
• Design and operate distributed systems capable of handling scale, concurrency, and failure.
• Collaborate with internal ML engineers and scientists to optimize developer experience and remove friction.
• Manage infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Envoy Proxy.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering foundation combined with professional ML or AI platform experience.
• Proficiency in Go and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing distributed systems that handle significant scale.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the UK.
