Salary: £76,000 - £119,400 per year

What you will do

• Deploy and operate AI models on GPU infrastructure for enterprise reliability and performance.
• Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response to maintain system health and SLAs.
• Manage failovers across multiple cloud and neo-cloud GPU providers to balance cost and risk.
• Build data pipelines to support model training and accelerate new model releases.
• Collaborate on architecture and tooling decisions as a technical peer.
• Source creative solutions to GPU availability and cost constraints.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience provisioning and managing GPU infrastructure at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary language.
• Experience in DevOps or MLOps with operational rigor in production environments.
• Familiarity with the trade-offs of using neo-cloud GPU providers.
• Proven experience deploying PyTorch models to production and handling failure modes.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona

• Experience with TypeScript and Go for cross-team collaboration.
