What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, setting goals and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Define hiring needs, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding of new team members.
• Support and challenge the team on design choices and development logic for high-thrust engines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Support the business team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master of Science or PhD) in propulsion, system, or aerospace engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in systems engineering or spacecraft development.
• Strong understanding of cryogenic rocket engines and propulsive systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing requirements, interfaces, and technical budgets.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership and management skills for geographically distributed teams.
