What you will do

• Manage overall operations and production flow during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
• Allocate personnel resources in collaboration with the production organization.
• Promote and enforce strict safety protocols among all staff.
• Drive production enhancements and process improvements.
• Report directly to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Relevant technical training/education.
• A few years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Previous people management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English language proficiency.
• Independent and responsible approach to work.
