Senior Cost Manager (MEP)

What you will do

• Analyze tenders and bids with a focus on MEP packages to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and claims related to MEP installations.
• Oversee project spend through valuations and regular cost reporting.
• Provide clear communication on variations within the MEP scope to support project decision-making.
• Mentor and lead team members to foster high performance in MEP cost management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Oulu, Finland.
• Extensive experience as an MEP cost manager in large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process (MEP) systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
