Associate Director - Cost Management (Construction)

Location: Hybrid (Finland). Must be based in or able to commute to Forssa and Tuusula sites (max 2-3 days per week)

What you will do

• Act as a key account lead for the Data Centre sector, building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Lead pre- and post-contract cost management and oversee strategic client projects.
• Manage the tender and procurement process, from documentation preparation to final recommendations.
• Produce and review estimates, cost plans, and commercial strategies for major developments.
• Monitor project spend via valuations, cost reporting, and change management to communicate risks.
• Mentor and lead cost management professionals, driving technical excellence and team development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cost manager on large-scale construction projects with leadership experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction or project management discipline.
• Specific experience working on Data Centre or Life Science projects.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to achieving it.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from Forssa and Tuusula sites in Finland.
