What you will do

• Achieve partner sales targets within the assigned area.
• Perform at least 5 POS visits daily to ensure program execution and target attainment.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to track sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
• Monitor the daily activities of partner field teams.
• Conduct offline and online training and refresher sessions for field teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major or minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
• Strong professional network within the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high degree of mobility.
• Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with client sales forces.
