Senior Software Engineering Manager (Web3)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in New York City, NY (in-person twice a week)

Salary: $195,000 - $300,000

• Develop and maintain the engineering roadmap and technical strategy to drive innovation and business growth.
• Ensure the product vision is realized through operational excellence, focusing on high availability and security.
• Lead the scaling of engineering teams through strategic recruiting and talent development.
• Implement development methodologies that enable rapid iteration and high-velocity quality.
• Manage and mentor engineers, overseeing goals, performance feedback, and career growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development using Java, C++, or Scala.
• 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams within a high-precision, regulated industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and crypto wallets.
