What you will do

• Manage the electronics laboratory and serve as the primary contact for development engineers.
• Assemble PCB prototypes using hand and reflow soldering techniques.
• Perform crimping and soldering of test harnesses.
• Execute testing of PCBs and units according to established procedures.
• Inspect incoming raw and assembled PCBs for quality assurance.
• Set up and automate test platforms and manage laboratory equipment calibration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with soldering iron and reflow techniques.
• Proven experience in testing electronic circuits and units using oscilloscopes and related equipment.
• Basic knowledge of test automation and setup.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• English communication skills (vocal and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Basic understanding of space avionics.
