What you will do

• Take full ownership of high-reliability Avionics Units or PCBAs throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to on-orbit operations.
• Execute the complete electrical design cycle, including component selection, schematic capture, layout, and design verification.
• Manage unit-level requirements, reliability analyses, and qualification/acceptance testing.
• Develop automated scripts and test procedures to verify functional and electrical performance under thermal, vacuum, and vibration conditions.
• Conduct design reviews and collaborate on system-level integration and flight data reviews.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science and Technology, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with complex PCBs and electronics.
• Deep expertise in circuit theory for embedded systems, power electronics, analog interfaces, and logic.
• Proficiency with E-CAD tools (preferably Altium Designer) and simulation tools like PSpice, LTspice, or Simulink.
• Experience with international product standards (ISO/ANSI/AEC/MIL) and analysis tools (FMEA, MTBF, Fault Tree).
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Previous experience in high-reliability industries such as Aerospace, Medical, or Automotive.
• Experience with regulatory agencies for product compliance and certification.
• Knowledge of Python or Matlab for task automation and data analysis.
• Experience with mechanical design tools like Solidworks, NX, or OnShape.
