What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the Talent Development team, including HR and Recruitment.
• Create and implement short- and long-term people development strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Define and optimize workflows for the employee life cycle and overall feedback culture.
• Collaborate with the Head of VFX and other executives to advise on strategic HR issues and team leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Experience working within high-expectation creative environments.
• Proven track record of leading teams and up-skilling leaders.
• Experience coaching senior managers in alignment with business strategy.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London or Stockholm.
