What you will do
- Scale Simple's social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including main brand and UGC-led accounts.
- Transform social media into a measurable growth channel driving organic acquisition, funnel contribution, and revenue.
- Build and operate a structured content engine from trend discovery and concept to production and performance analysis.
- Lead a lean cross-functional production team including designers, motion designers, and nutrition experts.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, scripting, and editing to increase content volume without compromising quality.
- Execute viral experimentation using sub-brand and R&D accounts to test winning formats.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Producing, or Organic Growth for consumer products.
- Proven track record of scaling a consumer product's social presence by 1M+ followers.
- Experience meaningfully increasing social-driven revenue or conversion rates (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x).
- Experience leading a small cross-functional creative team (5-10 people) and managing budgets.
- Practical experience embedding generative AI tools (video, voice, image, agents) into real production workflows.
- Global/English-language audience experience strongly preferred.
