Operations Intern

Location: Paris, France; office-based in the 9th arrondissement, five days a week

Salary: €1,800 per month

What you will do

• Support chauffeur acquisition, retention, and day-to-day management across France Operations.
• Analyze operational data, identify root causes, track initiatives, and highlight performance issues.
• Prepare data pulls, dashboards, and analyses for Operations and leadership.
• Represent hirify.global in day-to-day interactions with the chauffeur community.
• Work directly with the France Operations team and senior leadership on live operational problems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top French grande école, école d’ingénieur, or university as a final-year or gap-year student.
• Comfortable working with data and willing to develop hands-on SQL skills; prior SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Structured thinker with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris and available to work full-time in the office five days a week.
• Available for a 3–6 month internship starting immediately or no later than January 2027.
