Oracle ERP Consultant - German Speaking

Location: France; travel across Europe is required to support clients and project teams.

What you will do

• Act as a functional or technical subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects from solution design through production.
• Deliver high-quality project outputs on schedule within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Advise client teams, including German-speaking stakeholders, and support transparent project communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and develop value propositions for existing and prospective clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the European Oracle team.
• Mentor and support junior consultants on client engagements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or a client organization on Oracle ERP transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and related modules, including GL, AR, and AP.
• Significant experience leading and delivering consulting engagements within complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client relationship skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Availability to travel across Europe to support clients and project teams.
• Professional fluency in German and English is required; French is considered a plus.
