What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise systems roadmap with Odoo as the operational backbone.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and major system transformations.
• Act as the strategic digital partner for the global organization.
• Manage software procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and license governance.
• Support data centralization and visualization initiatives across systems.
• Lead and develop the product and enterprise systems team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, or comparable systems).
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, data flows).
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience managing external vendors and subcontractors.
• Willingness to relocate to Italy, France, or Germany.

Nice to have

• Background as Senior Consultant or Solutions Architect in Finance or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in aerospace, space, or other high-reliability industries.
• Experience scaling digital systems in fast-growing companies.
